In this talk I covered data surrounding plugin vulnerabilities, and how website admins can best protect their sites.
Here’s a snippet from one of the slides:
What Are Plugin Vulnerabilities?
Plugin vulnerabilities are security flaws in WordPress plugins that can be exploited by attackers to gain unauthorized access, inject malicious code, or compromise website functionality.
These vulnerabilities often arise from poor coding practices, lack of updates, or insufficient security measures, potentially leading to data breaches, defaced websites, or complete site takeovers.
