Hello World: A New Chapter

Hi, I’m Phill.

After years of navigating the intersection of business and technology, I decided it was time to move my thoughts from private notebooks to a public garden.

I’m a Digital Transformation Consultant. In plain English, that means I help organizations stop fighting with their technology and start using it to actually solve problems. I spend my days looking at messy workflows and trying to build cleaner, more efficient paths forward.

Why this site?

I’ve always been a fan of the “minimal” approach—both in code and in business. I’m using this space to document:

• Insights on digital shifts and strategy.
• Notes on the tools and systems I’m currently testing.
• Learnings as I continue to tinker with web tech (like this Astro site).

What’s next?

I’m keeping things simple. No newsletters, no complex tracking—just thoughts on digital strategy and the occasional deep dive into a project I’m working on.
